In our primarily Japanese-speaking environment, you will be involved in a variety of responsibilities, including supporting children and parents, preparing learning materials, school operations, and marketing.

Kindergarten Class & School Operations Staff
We are looking for a team member who can support children’s learning while also assisting with learning materials, school operations, office tasks, and marketing activities.
Working Hours
3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Main Responsibilities
- Support daily school operations and administrative tasks
- Print and prepare teaching materials and worksheets
- Prepare and send mailing materials
- Assist with direct-mail marketing activities
- Assist with creating and sending email marketing campaigns
- Perform general computer-based administrative tasks
- Communicate with children and parents
- Assist with other tasks related to school operations
Qualifications & What We’re Looking For
- Able to communicate in both Japanese and English
- Comfortable working primarily in Japanese
- Basic computer skills
- Interested in children’s education and development
- Willing to support a wide range of school operations
- Responsible and committed to completing assigned tasks
