Enrollment at Kodomo Gakushu Kyoshitsu 鉛筆

We accept applications throughout the year.
If you wish to enroll, please submit the application form below.
Please make sure to review our school policies included in the form before submitting.

Application Guide 鉛筆

Upon enrollment, you will be asked to submit the following documents:

  • Application Form

  • Consent Agreement

  • Emergency Contact Card

  • Credit Card / Auto-Payment Authorization Form

  • COVID-19 Consent Form

Please read each document carefully and provide your signature where indicated.

Tuition (2025)

$185/month – Once-a-week class
$280/month – Twice-a-week class (Most Popular)
$380/month – Three times a week
$480/month – Four times a week
$500/month – Daily attendance (Preschool class only)
(Each class is 2 hours)

$90/hour – One-on-One Lesson

$80 – One-time enrollment fee

Special class fees will be discussed during the interview process.

Payment Method

All payments must be made online via bank transfer or credit card auto-payment.

Waitlist

If classes are full, students will be placed on our waitlist.
We will contact you in the order of application as seats become available.

Important Notices from Our School 鉛筆

Long-Term Absences

For planned leaves outside of our official school breaks (e.g., summer), please notify us at least one month in advance.
We allow up to one month of leave per academic year (April–March) without affecting enrollment status.
If the leave exceeds two months, it will be treated as a withdrawal.

Snacks

For safety reasons, nuts are not allowed. Bringing snacks is optional, but sharing with others is not permitted.
Snacks should be portioned for your child only and eaten during break time.

Health & Illness Policy

To prevent the spread of illness:

  • If your child has a fever above 100°F, please keep them at home.

  • If a family member is infected with flu or stomach virus, attendance is not allowed.

  • Students may return to class after being fever-free for 24 hours without medication.

Electronic Devices

Smartphones and tablets may be brought to class, but use during lessons is not permitted.

COVID-19 Prevention

Our school follows CDC and local government guidelines for infection prevention.
